2) Fill out Chillicothe Barbarians Medical Consent Form (Give to Bo)
3) Fill out Chillicothe Barbarians Team Registration (Give to Bo)
4) Pay Chillicothe Barbarian Dues - $50(Give to Bo)
5) Send email to Chillicotherugby@yahoo.com with email and text info.
